Workshops
Workshop request for availability & Book your spot
Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
New workshop date(s) will be regularly posted on Facebook/ Instagram as well as this website www.kakyoskitchen.com. Please submit a “Contact Form” for more information and availabilities. .
You have open inquiry or already have formed a group, please request for the availabilities by submitting a “Contact Form”.
When there is a spot for you, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the additional information.
In case your requested workshop is no longer available, you will be informed of the other possible workshop dates.
The capacity of each workshop is limited, so early bookings are advised.
Unless the workshop is specified as a children’s session, attendees must be 12 years of age or older.
For younger children's participation, please contact. There can be organized a moderated custom-made children session, parents & children session or family session exclusively.

For a special request such as Team building event, food order or personal chef could take more time to organize.
Payment & Cancellation
A non-refundable payment in Swiss Franc (CHF) is required once your booking is confirmed by Kakyo's Kitchen by email, you will get your prepayment invoice. Your prepayment due date is at latest 10 days prior to the workshop.
Payment can be made by TWINT or Bank transfer.
After the prepayment has been made, there will be no refund for cancellations unless you are able to fill your spot with another participant.
In such case, full refund will be given.
Kakyo’s Kitchen reserves the right to cancel a workshop or change the dates for any reason (for example, not reaching the minimum number of participants). In such case, you will be notified by an email and a choice of rescheduling or full refund will be given.
Dietary restriction & Allergy
Workshop participants are required to inform Kakyo’s Kitchen any dietary restrictions and allergies when you book your workshop.
Kakyo’s Kitchen will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however some workshops may not be suitable and adaptable. In such case, you might be offered another workshop which is more suitable for you.
